As one reads reviews one must select out the complainers because nothing makes them happy unless it’s free. Other's give a five star when this restaurant has a standard Chinese menu. But what I will say East China was our first experience with pick up due to Covid. The food and vegetables was fresh, shrimp was fair sized and delicious.
I would give an overall rating of 4 (didn’t eat indoors) and would definitely go back!

Tried the Seafood Delight yesterday. there was not any crab meat, they used fake crab, usually pollack. There was one piece I thought might have been lobster, it tasted and had the consistency of an old tennis shoe. Very disappointing considering most of their food is pretty good.

We placed our first order tonight and it was the Worst Take Out Ever. The orange chicken didn't have any chicken in it, just balls of greasy fried coating. The same was true with the sesame chicken, no chicken. The fried rice was really old, hard, dry rice in a very greasy sauce. Save yourself the $30 and order elsewhere.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, after waiting an hour for the food delivery I decided to call regarding my order. I knew something went wrong since East China usually does not take that long. Mainly takes less then 30mins even on their busy days. The man who answered apologized right away for the error that wasn’t on them in the first place. It was due to there ordering website, however offered us a free order of cheese wontons. This is why I will always order from East China, great service and great food. Thank you again!

The seafood delight was the worst seafood I ever had and it came lukewarm almost cold and the seafood was rubbery and old it made me sick
